1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Ebahari platform (website, app, or social media channels), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and Return Policy.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Eligibility & Account
You must be at least 18 years old or legally eligible under your local laws to use our services.
You must provide accurate, complete, and updated information during registration.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account and all activities under it.
3. Payment, Pricing & Subscription
Product prices, taxes, and fees are as displayed on the platform and may be subject to change.
We do not store your payment information; all transactions are securely handled by trusted payment gateways.
For subscription-based products, recurring charges may apply unless canceled before renewal.
4. Digital Product Delivery
Most digital products are delivered instantly or within 24 hours via email, download link, or license key.
Issues like “wrong product,” “invalid code,” or “undelivered item” must be reported within 24 hours to be eligible for refund as per our Return Policy.
5. License & Usage Rights
Ebahari does not own the software/content sold but is authorized to distribute it under license.
You must not resell, share, or reverse-engineer any licensed product. Any violation will result in cancellation of your access/license.
6. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
Attempt unauthorized access or violate platform security
Send spam, engage in hacking, or use the platform for illegal activities
Upload any defamatory, hate speech, or copyright-infringing content
7. Intellectual Property
All content on Ebahari (branding, logos, text, graphics, UI elements) is owned by Ebahari or its licensors.
No part of the platform may be copied, republished, or distributed without prior written permission.
8. Returns & Refunds
We allow refunds for invalid, undelivered, or incorrectly delivered digital products (within 24 hours).
Used and properly delivered digital products are non-refundable.

10. Limitation of Liability
